1. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring Visentive for any service including web development, graphic design, cyber security, cloud computing, quality assurance, or digital marketing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Visentive provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Web Design & Web Development
- Graphic Designing & Branding
- Cyber Security Solutions
- Cloud Computing & DevOps
- Quality Assurance & Software Testing
- Digital Marketing & SEO
All services are provided strictly according to the agreed project scope, proposal, or package selected by the client.
3. Third-Party Paid Software, Plugins & Themes (IMPORTANT)
**Any paid plugin, premium theme, software license, hosting, domain, API, stock image, font, or third-party service required for the project will be purchased and paid for by the client, not by Visentive.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Premium WordPress plugins
- Paid website themes/templates
- Paid security tools
- Hosting & server services
- Paid marketing tools
- Paid APIs & integrations
Visentive will never include the cost of third-party paid tools inside its service price unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
If the client refuses or delays payment for any required third-party tool, Visentive will not be responsible for missing features, delays, or project limitations caused by that refusal.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices displayed on the website or shared through proposals are:
- Final for Visentive services only
- Exclusive of third-party tool costs
- Exclusive of taxes unless stated
Full or partial advance payment may be required before work begins. Delayed payments may cause project delay or suspension.
5. Project Timelines
All project timelines are estimates and depend on:
- Timely client communication
- Availability of project data
- Approval speed from the client
- External service dependencies
Delays caused by client unresponsiveness, content delays, or unpaid third-party tools will automatically extend the project timeline.
6. Revisions Policy
Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Extra revisions beyond the agreed limit may result in additional charges.
Major changes that alter the original scope of work are considered new work and will be quoted separately.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide:
- Accurate project requirements
- Logos, content, images, and branding
- Timely approvals and feedback
- Required access credentials
Visentive will not be responsible for delays caused by missing information or late approvals.
8. Website Content & Ownership
After full payment:
- The client owns the website and its content
- Visentive retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio
- Source files are provided only where agreed
If the project is unpaid or abandoned, all ownership rights remain with Visentive.
9. No Guarantee of Rankings or Revenue
While we follow best digital practices:
- We do not guarantee #1 Google rankings
- We do not guarantee business revenue
- We do not guarantee ad performance results
Results depend on market conditions, competition, and client cooperation.
10. Confidentiality
All client data, access, and business information are kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without client permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Visentive shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Data loss
- Revenue loss
- System downtime
- Third-party plugin failures
- Hosting or server outages
Our responsibility is limited strictly to the service fee paid to Visentive.
12. Project Suspension & Termination
Visentive reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are delayed
- Client becomes unresponsive
- Terms are violated
- Misuse of services is detected
No refunds will be issued for work already completed.
13. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services:
- Advance payments are non-refundable
- Once work has started, refunds are not applicable
- Completed work is never refundable
14. Changes to Terms
Visentive may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to review this page periodically.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under applicable international business laws.
